Per the county and state COVID-19 Shelter-In-Place order, Bridgepoint Music is now offering curbside appointment service during our regular store hours. The storefront, shop, and lesson area are closed to customers, but the following services are available "curbside" at our rear entrance by appointment only:
Rental instrument return and pickup for new rentals
Instrument repair/cleaning drop off and pick up
Merchandise return and online order pickup
Customers indicate their need(s) and request an appointment via the form below. Once the request is received, an employee will check the calendar and then reach out to confirm the appointment time (or offer an alternate time). In order to effectively enforce physical distancing, we are offering 15 minute appointment windows, so that only one customer is present at a time. We also ask that you please wear a mask when you come to your appointment, for the safety of our employees.
When you arrive for your appointment, if an employee is not present at the door, please call 650-326-7600 and someone will come to assist you.
After you submit the form below, we will be in touch by email within a maximum of 24 hours to confirm your appointment and follow up with any questions. Please note that we may not be able to check the form between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m., and will follow up as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and your support!

If you are returning an instrument, simply bring the instrument (along with any accessories that were included with it) to your scheduled appointment. If you would like to open a new rental contract, please indicate on the form which instrument you would like to rent. When we confirm your appointment we will give you more information on the contract and pricing.
If your instrument needs to be cleaned and/or repaired, please indicate on the form what kind of service your instrument needs, and describe any issues you are having. Please note that due to our extended closure and decreased staffing, we may not be able to do your cleaning/repair right away. An employee will respond to your form submission with a curbside appointment, or put you on a list for a future appointment. When you drop off your instrument, we will quarantine it for a minimum of three days before inspecting it and beginning work. If we have already cleaned/repaired your instrument, please use the form to request an appointment to pick it up if you have not done so already.
If you need to purchase an instrument, accessories, or books, please visit the Shop Now page on our website to browse our current stock, and complete your order online. When you check out, please select "curbside pickup" as your shipping option. Then complete the form below to request your pick up time, and include your order number for your reference. Please note that because until this time we have not done many sales online, some products may not have images or descriptions.
